Appalling Service

I have sent in my PS3 for repairs as my daughter inserted 4x discs in the slot. I was then told that some parts will be replaced at the cost of R850, which I agreed to. After collection I realized that all discs that I insert jumps. I then thought maybe it is the discs as the console have just been repaired. When I bought a new disc, I experienced the same problem. I then took the console back to BT Games as I have never experienced this before the game was repaired so obviously it must be the new parts that are faulty. I was contacted today by Carol explaining that they have to replace the mechanism that will cost me R900. I have never experienced this problem as the Play Station is not even that old so the only logical explanation is that it must have gotten damaged upon repairs or else they would have picked up this problem the first time I sent the console in for repairs. When the matter was referred to Steven he simply told me that it is a different incident and the warranty stickers have been removed taking the console out of warranty (there was no stickers on the Play Station) and i must confirm if I accept the quote or not. They are very inexperienced at what they do
