Amazing Return Policy

<p>Bought a game for my brother for christmas paid full price brand new game. And he opened it christmas day and he already had a copy of the game. The price is now back to original R399 and they dont want to refund or swap the game they would buy it back for R100 It hasnt even been inserted in a console or anything how can you lose R300 just by removing plastic</p>
