Absolutely shocking BT Game Canal Walk

<p>I purchased a game at BT Games Canal Walk, the game did not work, spent weeks trying to sort this out with hte help lines etc..went back to BT games after they just ignored my emails...well basically they told me it's not their problem...well this will be the last time I ever support this place, the service was absolutely shocking as well as thier assistance. BT Games you are loosing many customers I see from the other comments....somthing needs to be done about this as well as the shocking staff you are hiring they treat their customers like dirt.</p>
