A week later and no reply

So I ordered a couple of items online from BT Games seeing as they were going for a good price. This was a week ago, and I haven't been updated to what is actually going on.

I have sent emails etc but get no response. If you going to have an online store, at least have the decency to keep your customers updated to what is going on and use more descriptive terms than "order in progress".
