a lack of good service

<p>so i bought Rugby challenge 3 at BT games two days ago. I played the game for 7 min when it froze and i have notice that it had frozen my whole xbox as well...so i took it out and went to play at my friends house....as we have not tried to clean the disc....it also froze on my friends xbox....so we went back to BT games to complain and ask what would be the matter.....they took the game out of the box and notice that there was a perfect scratch circle on the CD.....they then told us that its the xbox and that we have bumped against it....!!where we didnt do such...they didnt want to give us a new game.....and offered to buff it....so we agreed for there was no other choice....they gave the CD back and we went to try it out....did the same....and when took the CD out there was no circling scratch on the disc.....!!they dont want to give us a new game....for which i paid R800 all for nothing for a broken game i played for 7 min.. </p>
