a lack of good service

<p>I've bought Rugby Challenge 3 at Bt Games Tzaneng mall for R800... I've played the game for about 7 minutes before it crashed... It froze my whole Xbox... I then took the game to my friends house to play there... The game did the same with his Xbox... It froze... So I took the game back to Bt Games... They said that there is nothing that they can do about it... They didn't want to give me a refund nor give another game...!!</p>
