4 Months to service an xbox & BS excuses

Dropped of the xbox on the 8th Dec 2014 - and following up time and again, got one excuse after another till we were told they accidentally put the xbox in the wrong workshop waiting for parts from Japan... speaking to regional manager and then Steven Moore, they said they would sort everything out and ASAP - it still took forever - in conversations with the above, it was accepted that Steven would look reducing or waiving the charge in lue of delay and kids missing months of play time never mind the loss we have incurred for the xbox Live that we were still paying (which has now lapsed).

Went to collect the xbox (Saturday) for the Easter holiday and was issued with a bill of R900 - on enquiry as to what this is for - i was told that its parts - the guy behind the counter did not know what the descriptions on the invoice were and spun a story that it was parts.. All that was basically done is the machines was serviced and stress tested.

I insisted that the Regional manager be called to verify that the bill would be waived and she referred to Steven Moore who was going to sort this out. They said they did not have his number - i have since sent two emails to him with no response.
