12 YEAR OLD DISSAPOINTMENT WITH STAFF ATTITIUDES

<p>We preordered the new Pokemon game in October/Early Novemeber, received comfirmation that our PRE ORDER Pokemon Game had arrived on the 23rd, via my cellphone. We went in on 28th to collect the game.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lets see how the wonderfull staff responded OR DID NOT</p> <p> </p> <p>Banelie, he said it was not on the system, they had no record of it Emmarie then came out giving a whole long story about they had no record of it. </p> <p> </p> <p>My son who worked hard in his fourth term, to get this game, was dissappointed. </p> <p> </p> <p>My husband came home, only to discover a wife who was not as accomoodating, phoned them, Got Baneli who ducked and dived the answer when he heard it was me. then he put me on the the so called assistant manager Larisa, she informed me, well they had no reocod of it, when I stated quite angrily that I wanted what i had order that they had confirmed was there, where was it. Here it gets laughable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Oh the Head office did not send out the message that all the orders did not come through, and cancel the pre-order. At no time did they actually STATE THE TRUTH, they had sold it, so they were not at fault, it was head office, SO I GUESS HEAD OFFICE WAS THE ONE WHO SOLD IT. I was really angy with this STUPID EXCUSE. Asked for Head Office Number, what a surprise, when I phoned them they had already closed for the day. no problem they will get my call in the morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I guess PRE ORDER MEANs the following. Waste your time, going in to order it, then they can send confirmation it is there , on your cell phone number, so you can waste time again going in. TO COLLECT SOMETHING THEY SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE, WITH NO APOLOGY. NOT ACCEPTABLE. JUST A WHOLE BUNCH OF EXCUSES, </p> <p>I GUESS THE FIRST RULE OF BUSINESS MEANS LIE, LIE AND LIe, THEN DISAPPOINT CHILDREN</p> <p> </p> <p>WELL DONE BT PAVILLION YOU SUCCEEDED IN DISAPPONTING A 12 YEAR OLD.
