10 days later and still no delivery

When you order online you expect that items listed are in stock or can be sourced in the indicated delivery time of 2-4 days.

When phoning head office you have to have to hold on for ever before someone picks up, and then they can't help you or take your details and then never get back to you.

This has been my worst online purchasing experience ever, save yourself the headache and stay away.
