Unhappy cloent

My husband called this company to come and fix our TV they guys came and took a part out of the TV and they said it needs to be replaced. That was last Saturday. 4 days later the owner doesn’t answer calls or call back and update what’s been happening to our TV part that they took. Very disappointed and upset. Thinking of opening a ******** case because they took a part out of our television.
