Paid insurance for cargo still not delivered

Bought an item from a company in Springbok. The item was delivered to them and they acknowledged that they received it. They then asked for special insurance which I paid twice. Still trying to revert the payment if possible due to not receiving item. I spoke to the travel agent a few times and they stopped answering my calls after the first month. Do not get hold of them at all!
