Out of Stock and won't refund

On the 27th Oct 2015 I ordered supplements from BSSA [Best Supplements South Africa]. <br> My EFT Proof of payment was sent to them on the exact same day.<br> <br> On the 6th of November 2015 I made an Enquiry on the status of my shipment. On the 9Th of November they got back to me and said that one of the items on the order is out of stock and the Shipment will be done as soon as the product is back in stock.<br> <br> On the 08th of the December 2015 after I haven't received my order, I decided to ask my money back and to walk away. The stock shortage was not indicated on the website, nor did anybody pick up the phone after payment was made, to tell me there is a problem. <br> They got back to me and said I can re-order to make up my credit. I was already highly irritated with BSSA, so I asked them to rather just give my money back.<br> <br> Since then and up until now [17th Feb 2016] <br> It is almost 4 Months now and they have made no effort to pay me back...
