Online shoppers beware BSSA

I placed and paid for an order to the value of R459 which included a delivery fee of R109 on 12 Oct 2017. To date I have not received anything from BSSA. I have sent countless emails to their address provided. Made countless calls to the number provided to no avail. The website makes reference to NEW BANKING DETAILS for EFT and cash deposits ACCOUNT NAME - E LANDSBERG - Nedbank Account - Shoppers beware!
