NO DELIVERY OF ORDER

Order placed and paid on their website on 10/10/2017. Tried to contact by email and telephone for 3 weeks to find out when order will be sent. They do not respond to emails and do not answer their phone. They have basically ****** money from us and I suspect they are not a legitimate company.
