BSSA Stole my money

<p>I ordered an item off the online store. I was told once I make the payment the item will be processed but we first needed to complete a questionnaire. I waited about a week for the questionnaire, completed it and waited and waited.<br /> I sent countless emails, after the first few emails I received responses thereafter all responses stopped. It's been over 3 months and still no response or refund. <br />I need to know how to bring these ******* to justice this is completely *******. They are *****ing from people.
