bad service and manners

On the 05/04/2020 i went to the shop in Dubevillage mal(Inanda), wanting to buy essential household product. I went there and produced my permit to say, i am an essential service worker. but i was denied entry because,security told me the way i looked did not represent an essential service worker, i then asked to see the manager,security also denied that.

On my Monday 06/04/2020 i went to see the manager before going to work and i had to wait for the manager to see me after 8,the manager DESIREE told me that essential service workers wear uniform. In eyes our category does not fall under essential workers

I am very upset because i work for NHLS of which is very busy during this time testing most of the pandemics test,and to be told that we not important is an insults to us as NHLS workers.

I also called BSS security offices to report the matter and spoke to Zaheer, who didn't even listen to what i was telling him.

This was very upsetting starting how they classified essential workers to their manners
