A company worth their weight in gold

My mother suffers from dementia/Alzheimers and we care for her at home. She is at the last (terminal) stage and bed-ridden. Two weeks ago my wife bought a pack of Tena large adult nappies, as recommended by a friend who had been in a similar situation. When trying to use them she realised they were too small, even though we had used the large of another make. We contacted Tena customer service and Roelie Potgieter, the regional sales manager contacted my wife within a day or two. He arranged for an pack of extra large nappies, which he personally delivered to us yesterday. He also explained a few other things regarding buying the product online, as well as aspects we had not been aware of, promising to have samples of other products delivered. It is service like this which really puts our faith back into local companies and the people that work for them. We recommend Tena products and wish the best for BSN Medical in the future.
