BSM Balito

This is not the route I wanted go however this is my last resort. Now it’s not even about the money. In a nut shell Steve the owner of BSM is full of empty promises. I had 4 deck chairs made. Obviously paid a deposit. Took him forever to deliver. When they arrived the quality was poor. In good faith I paid the balance. I gave him the opportunity to sort it out. Again he never kept me informed and took forever and when I asked him he had excuse after excuse. I told him to keep the chairs and refund me my money. Its now been 2 months and I have only received some money back for 1 chair. He is avoiding my calls. Please he seems sincere but he is not. To this day he still has the chairs and my money. Do not use BSM and Steve
