Bad company bunch of ******

We bought batteries from BSI Renewable Energy from Vusi (salesman) within the first week we had a problem with the batteries they took the batterys back and they did "tests" which took 2-3 weeks and told us long after we had to call them for weeks on end they didn't even get back to us! The battery has dead cells on it then they gave us other batteries with a big fight because they didn't want to give us others which did exactly the same with all the bickering back and forth telling us that its not the batteries and maybe the way we uninstalled the solar system which wasnt the case! They made sure that the six month warranty would pass so they wont have to give us our money back whats worse is they advertise on facebook the battery for R650 and we paid R800 per battery so now we sitting with 4x batteries we cant use nor can we get our money back nor can we even sell it! So what now Bad services really this company BSI Renewable Energy is fast to take your money but the after services is terrible I would definitely not recommend them they will rip you off!we then again contacted Chris and Jaco the owners of the company and they till today didnt come up with a solution they won't even refund us and they cannot exchange it.
