KTM 2017 - Incorrectly advertised

Bought a KTM85 from them and once delivered it were a 2016 model and not 2017 as advertised. Bike also were not in mint condition as mentioned. The engine also needed to be redone as it did not start. I received the bike on 26 January 2018 and phone and informed them that they could arrange to pay me back and will ship the bike back to them. Wednesday 31 January 2018 @ 09:11 - Gareth phoned me back and informed me that I need to arrange to have the bike repaired and that he will action this with his staff and apologized for this. Now no action from them last communications that they are only willing to pay half of the repair cost
