Windscreen rubber blew off 15 days after fitment
I had a windscreen fitment carried out at the Parow branch on 25 June 2026. On the morning of 10 July 2026, the windscreen rubber was blown off by wind while driving to work on the N2. I contacted them and the receptionist/cashier instructed me to come in for inspection. I drove to Parow as instructed. Upon arrival, the fitter refused to take responsibility and stated that it was not their fault and that "someone could have removed it". The receptionist who asked me to come in did not speak to me, she stood outside with three other employees and watched me leave in frustration. The customer service was appalling.
