Windscreen replacement failed

I would like to formally complain about the fitment center you recommend (BSG Auto Glass Witbank Emalahleni) . I followed the address you gave and they " fixed" my Windscreen.

After a day I noticed that the Windscreen was not fitted properly. There was a small gab at the bottom which allows air and water through. I took my car back to be re - fixed which they tried fixing with a Silicone gun. But still failed.

3 days pass and now the rubber around the Windscreen is out which means the Wind screen can fall out anytime.

Those people can't fit Windscreen and they should be shut down.
