Disgusting service from BSG Turffontein

Disgusting Service from BSG in Turffontein, I went there to get a windscreen fitted and their guys dented my fender while doing this, at 1st they denied doing it so I approached the manager Dan who gave me a claim form to fill out and that I should get a quote which I did.....about 3 weeks later I called and Dan explained I should come back to fill in some documents only to find out that it was the exact same claim form that they had lost.

It has been almost 4months now and I am still no closer to fixing my fender, when i call Dan he gives me the same excuses and that he will call me back, which he never does.
