Horrible manager rude to clients

I fitted my windscreen just last month the guys from BSG RANDFONTIEN came to my house. The windscreen has been making a funny noise from the onset. I know have a crack that just appeared on its own.

I call the branch owner to make and appointment to bring the car in for inspection. From the beginning his very defensive and aggressive. Hails all sorts of unnecessary insults at me and makes it clear that he has no intention of assisting me. I'm taken aback as the guys who flitted the windscreen told me that I should call if i experience any problems with the windscreen

The manager was honestly very rude and unapologetic about his arrogance. Only to find out that the address on the invoice is **** and the invoice number is a joke
