WORST QUALITY WINDSCREENS !!!
I had my Ford Bantam LDV windscreen replaced on 08 June 2020 at the Randburg branch. I still have the receipt for this.
This week, the windscreen started cracking on its own from the rearview mirror position right down the driver's side. This after having it for 9 months.
DONT tell me it is due to the extreme weather conditions!! Why did the factory fitted windscreen lasted 12 years ????
I tried 5x times in 2 days to get hold of the manager just to be told everytime that he is very busy with fitments or out of the office and unavailable. And I must keep on calling; none of taking a message so that he can call me back.

19 Mar 2021, 10:08I was called by Hanen who apologised for this happening and spoke to the Randburg branch in this regard. They will be replacing the windscreen free of charge as it seems to be a factory fault.
I made arrangements with the Randburg branch and paid a call out fee of R350 to have it done on Friday 19 March 2021 at my home. The apppointment time was scheduled for 09:00 - 09:30.
I am still waiting (10:00) for their team to arrive at my home. NO calls thus far to let me know they are having any issues to get to me. I sent a whatsapp message at 09:40 to enquire about their team's arrival. They only responded at 10:04 saying that they had vehicle issues and should arrived around 10:30.
Pathetic service delivery par excellence !!! Avoid this branch at all cost !!!
