Terrible Service

I fitted my windscreen with BSG Randburg on 23 of November. The panel of the window flew of my car while I was driving to East London on 20 November 2020 and the windscreen also cracked. I noticed that only 1 clip was installed with the fitting was done hence the panel moved. I went to Land Rover East London to buy the clips. I took pictures and sent to the dealer same day to show them the damaged they cause in my car. They told me that the windscreen cannot be changed as it has no warranty. This whole this happened within 30 days after the fitting but they are not helping me. They keep on telling me that they will call me but they are not doing anything. Their messed up my car but they are not interested on fixing the problem they caused. Be careful when dealing with them, they glasses are cheap but not a good quality and cheap labour.
