Pathetic service from Dan and BSG auto glasss

They fitted a windscreen for me and broke the clips and replaced them with silicone, under 7 month my windscreen shattered and Dan said to me there's nothing they can do about it. Instead he told me he will refer me to another company. They are pathetic
