Eager to correspond until paid in advance - then total ignorance

Ashwin at their Johannesburg branch has been replying to my emails up to the moment that I made the EFT payment. No delivry of the paid for item and no reply on emails inquiring about the delivery. It is obvious that whoever is supposed to be managing the business has got no clue of what is actually happening.
