Disappointed in Brytons

Whenever I do business with someone in South Africa, I always try to figure out what the catch will be and I just never win! So far I am not a happy client. I paid Brytons the deposit for shipping 1 container to New Zealand (leaving the balance to be paid once the container is packed and the volume recalculated). Everything was arranged and going well. The packers arrived at my home and started wrapping EVERYTHING! FANTASTIC! The next day they continued with the plan to load the container sharp after lunch, only to receive a call minutes later... The coordinator did not even have the decency to call me on my own private number, she phoned the site supervisor to conversate with him and then he had to find me around the house and hand me his phone so the coordinator can speak to me too. Not very happy with unprofessionalism, she ended up telling me that all of a sudden the container which they had 3 weeks in advance to plan and schedule for is not available anymore. So now they will pack my furniture into a truck, unload at their warehouse and pack the container when it arrives 1 week later. Not sure if this kind of thing happens all the time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but still not very happy about this (to me, very poor arrangements). The site supervisor kept reassuring me about my concern on the truck to 20ft container volume ratio that everything they pack into the truck will fit into a 20ft container, although he could not tell me the total loading volume of the truck!! Next, my fiance arranged with Kelly Wentzel the coordinator to be on site to attend the packing of the container on 16 Oct 2018 @ 08h30. On 15 Oct 2018 Theresa Morris already sent me an email with an informal revised quote although the container hasn't been packed yet to recalculate the total volume!!?? Once on site, Kelly told my fiance with a smile that she is too early, as Kelly apparently told her the day before that the container will only be packed between 09h00 and 10h00 am... So my fiance went for coffee and then returned to Brytons' warehouse, only to find that they have already started packing the container before 09h00 with Kelly telling her that she forgot to tell the packers to wait for her!! Moving on to the packers, one was constantly leaning on the wrapped furniture, a surround sound speaker fell carelessly out of anothers' hands and a glass table out of a third packers' ... While packing, one was standing on top of the boxed 55inch tv... After all, everything could not even fit into one container as promised!!! Kelly only showed up a lot later at the container area, not very presentable asking me over the phone what can she do for me... I told her about the site supervisor who reassured me the whole day of 9 Oct 2018 that everything will fit into one container with her only reply:" I was not there that day to have heard what was said"... I mean, what the hell!! Long story short, I had to help the packers over the phone to rearrange the container with the important and expensive stuff first so that the less important stuff can be packed into a second container. While that was taking place I received an email from John Wentzel with a formal quote confirming the quote from 15 Oct 2018, still without the container packeding being completed and the total volume recalculated!!.. Now regretting my choice of shipping company, I really hope that nothing else goes wrong!! Also I don't know when or if I will ever receive my furniture in the second container (costing me extra now), as that needs to be filled with someone else's goods first before it can be shipped out, plus seen by chance there are some other goods awaiting shipment in their warehouse dating back to July 2018...
