Bryton's not refunding me after ***** by staff

In mid-Dec of 2014 while relocating from the UK to South Africa I contracted with Simpson's Removals (a UK based company) for the shipment of my excess baggage from London to Johannesburg. <br> <br> On 29 Jan 2015 I was contacted by a woman called Lerato Mlangeni who said that she works for Bryton's Removals who are Simpson's agents in South Africa.
