Unacceptable behavior and service Bryanston Veterinary Hospital should be shut down

I took my dog to Bryanston Veterinary Hospital they found a mass in my dogs liver. I saw the surgeon and she felt if they do an biospy my dog will suffer. So I decided to focus on his medication only but she did recommend to do an Endoscopy. When i took my dog for the Endoscopy I saw another doctor and I asked him what was his opinion about doing a biopsy. He said they have done this so many times. He did not answer my question. I asked him if my dog is strong enough. He was a Yorkie and weighed 1.5Kg and lost so much weight he was skin and bones. But the doctor assured me that my dog will be fine. So I believed him and allowed them to do the biopsy. The doctor called me and said my dog is fine and woke up they just want to keep him for few days to make sure he is ok. The next day I got a call telling me he is fine just still want to keep an eye on him to make sure he is ok. That evening I get a phone call at 9:30pm from the hospital telling me my Dog passed away. And the Vet just kept asking me what do I want to do with his body. SO Dame cold and inconsiderate. When I came to see his body and say goodbye. The vet told me he was fighting for his life from 6pm till 9:30pm which is when he passed away. And they did NOT bother to tell me so I could come and be with him at least. And the other thing is the vet who was in charge that evening said that she could not resuscitate him because he passed away when she went to check on him. Really!!! So much for keeping a close watch on him. He passed away all alone in the cage. This happened on Valentines Eve and I still have nightmares and I still am so traumatized . I wish I never listened to the Doctor to have the biopsy done. I wish I never took my dog to this Bryanston Veterinary Hospital. They charged me for cremating his body which the next day I took him and berried him somewhere myself. I got an email saying that they will refund me the money and I am still waiting to be refunded. That Vet who worked the night shift should be fired for not allowing me to come and be able to say Goodbye to my dog or to at least be there with him in his last moments. While I was there after my dog passed away she STILL kept asking me what do I want to do with his body....... while I was crying my heart out. The way my dog was treated there is unacceptable. When I went that evening to say goodbye to my dog after he died. She brought my dog in a blanket with his eyes and mouth open and my dog was filthy. This is how I have to remember him.!!!! That hospital needs to be shut down.
