Top Class Service

In the early hours of Friday morning my puppy became extremely ill. After calling my own vet's emergency number, he referred me to Bryanston Veterinary Hospital. I rushed my puppy over there at 02:30am.

I was greeted by an awake and alert doctor who proceeded to efficiently process all the admin and did a full check up on my little puppy. She recommended that I admit him overnight for observation and a drip. The next morning I was called by the day doctor who fully informed me of my puppy's condition, treatment and recommended that we keep him admitted for the weekend. I went to go visit my puppy and asked to speak to someone about his condition. I was told the vet was currently busy but he would call me later, which he did and, in addition, I spoke to a very helpful nurse who was able to address all my questions and concerns.

Overall I was extremely impressed by the level of care and professionalism shown to me and my puppy throughout his entire stay. Obviously, as an animal owner, you worry about leaving your pet in someone else's care but that feeling was quickly put at easy when I saw how well they treated him. I would definitely bring any of my pets here again and would recommend it to everyone.
