The Vet that does not care for our Pets, only wants to extract the maximium charge from each visit

Our beautiful cat left in your Care - You request a R7500 deposit - our cat is in your care for three days and passes away. You charge us R15 000, without checking in to establish if this is affordable. Then all you do is send a monthly email with the invoice only no statement - no empathy all business. This is a money making racket - no way of checking what these Vets charge - no checks and balances - I guess they have to pay for the new offices. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE
