Outstanding service from BVH!

I was shocked to see the low ratings of BVH on Hello Peter. We had the most incredible service from BVH, after we found our dog in the pool we rushed him to BVH, phoning ahead to let them know we were coming - the nurses were waiting outside to rush him into the back to start working on him immediately. They kept us up to date on everything that was happening, phoning us regularly to keep us in the loop. We were expecting a ridiculous bill when he was discharged, after being admitted for 3 days, with one night in the ICU, but the bill was fair and reasonable. BVH was extremely professional and did an outstanding job!
