Killed my young dog with cheap horse dewormer paste!! An agonising death for her from a toxic poison overdose and feigning ignorance.

My dog was killed (poisoned) after been given her dewormer here. It has been found they used ivermictin paste - A CHEAP HORSE DEWORMER!! She received a fatally toxic and necrotic overdose being a small 25kg pointer and died an agonizing death. She went from being completely fine. To drooling and crying for hours. To not being able to stand (collapsing every time she tried) to very laboured breathing. Upon taking her back to ask what they had done to her they feigned ignorance & we had to put her down at 6 years old. The negligence is INCREDIBLE. The same thing then happened to a friends dog, also on the evening of being dewormed into the following morning and it was by coincidence that I found out. It's disgusting. And no accident. It's commonplace practice that this clinic charges exorbitant prices only to find they cut corners at every turn. Please take your animals to competent veterinarians.
