Horrible experience

This afternoon I rushed my dog to the Bryanston Veterinary Hospital due to suspected head trauma/intoxication. Visible Inflammation and his condition was worsening by the minute- upon arrival I was met by the coldest, most useless receptionist staff I’ve ever met. Immediately I was told to pay R1200 for the consultation only - after Completing the admin; I was left to wait an hour - multiple patients were pushed in front of us; patients who were in no emergency at all - EVENTUALLY, after having to make a scene to receive service/assistance; we were told that my dog had to be admitted and that we will be contacted regarding the proceedings of his treatment.

After waiting till the end of the day for an update; and after contacting the clinic (whose receptionists could not even recall the admitted dog on their side) I decided to go back and remove my dog from this incapable clinic.

In total we had to pay R4000 plus for NO PROGNOSIS/ DIAGNOSIS/ and THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD.

Please spare yourself the frustration and seek another clinic.
