This establishment is more concerned about swiping your Credit Card than about your beloved Pet.

We thought our old dog had a stroke, we rushed through (it was a Sunday morning, so options were limited, and this is not my normal Vet). I went to reception, a nurse came to look, and said she was still breathing, someone will be out.

Eventually we got her into a room to be examined, when the Vet on duty managed to put her cellular device down.

The following day we were told we could collect her between 12h00 & 13h00, my wife got there at 11h00 as we still have lockdown, jobs, home schooling & food to prepare.

Dr Singh had more to say that we were an hour early to collect the animal, than he was on the diagnosis of the pet. Dr Singh only arrived an hour later at 12h00 anyway.

There are other 24hour Vets in the area, use one of them, it is less than 5 minutes form these guys.

It is a business, and it`s run like a business…………………………………which is fine, but don’t expect any empathy if you take your loved ones through.
