BVH too aggressive in treating my pet

It cost me ~R10,000 to treat my 12 month old dog for skin fungal infection. My pet had 3 lumps on his body and the after a micro swab test, surgery was recommended to remove suspected tumors which turned out to be skin fungal infection which could have been treated with medication. It seems like BVH is chasing budget because their treatment is just too aggressive and unnecessary expensive.
