Above and beyond

We visited BVH on Saturday 16 February under emergency circumstances with a critically ill puppy. The receptionist and attending vet were friendly and efficient. A diagnosis (parvovirus) was quickly made and the options available to us were discussed in detail. BVH went all out to save the pup - and save him they did! They also gave us daily updates on the puppy's progress from the day he was admitted until his discharge. Thank you, BVH, for your professionalism and unwavering commitment.
