Total *******. R4000 bill to fix my neglected pool by a tenant. Not fixed, complained, not fixed, complained, not fixed. Billed. Refused to pay. New provider fixed the problem in one trip for R400. New owners, billed constantly. Explained the service was not provided. New owners halved the bill and demanded payment saying they are new owners and want payment. Ignored the fact that there was no solution. Dont use them. They just throw chemicals in and bill you astronomical rates to visit your premises and dont get to the bottom of the problem.
