Stay away from Bryanston Pools at All Costs!!!!!

Hired Bryanston Pools to look at the sand filter and had nothing but problems, poor service, billed for parts never discussed, i could go on...but worse of all - they could not even finish this simple job. ... To make matters worse, when they were called back the 4th time to finish the job, they came and removed the side lid and for some unknown reason emptied and presumedly took the sand in the filter as well .... leaving a trail of water stains across our property. Have now confirmed from professional pool service that they actually damaged the filter ... No wonder they ran away and refused to come back. I encourage all others who have had similar experiences to name and shame Bryanston Pools. Stay away at all costs.
