Poor workmanship and shirty attitude

i had Bryanston Pool Builders replace the suction line to my pool pump as well as install a new weir in April 2015. Within 2 months the system was sucking air and the pool was going green. I attempted to fix the problem by back washing the system daily but the situation did not improve. Returning from a stay in CT I called Paul at Bryanston Pool Builders to ask what their guarantee on work completed was. He said \90 days. You are out of guarantee. We can fix but you will pay."This was 19 days outside of their \""guarantee on parts and workmanship.\"" No concern at all for the customer who must just shut up and pay to repair an obviously faulty installation. I've been using (and tolerating Paul's belligerent phone manner) for many years. No longer. Please avoid this company and the man who seems to not give a damn for his customers.
