Bryanston High school

Good afternoon, i tried enrolling my daughter at the above mentioned school, i was then told tje forms would be sent to me once applications opened, i had to send another email asking if the forms were ready then only i received the forms i hn only had 1 week before the closing date to get all my documents ready and personally submit to the school. Apon filling in the form the reauests were a lease agreement and an Unabridged birth certificate, Both my partner and i work a block away from this school and it would make sense having her closer to us for traveling and safety purposes, i was told we need to live in the area! Another thing thats very descriminating is the fact that they only want an Unabridged birth certificate in todays day and age! I am unfortunately the only parent on my childs birth certificate due to personal matters! Another thing that was brought to my attention is so many of my colleagues were complaining of the disrespect they were receiving from June Corlett the admission secretary even her responses to our emails she responds in capital letters! The school needs to deal with this behavior as the lady has been escalated to high powers, the department of education will also be informed that children with no unabridged birth certificates are descriminated against! Im so dissapointed and utterly disgusted in this!
