Building is deteriorating alarmingly fast

Bryanston Heights was once a flat many wished to live in. Now, under the supervision of Mbali, it is slowly becoming a ****-hole. When Xolani was in charge, everything worked fine. He knew most tenants and was always walking around the building. Now the new lady, Mbali, does nothing but sit on her computer playing solitaire. We have 4 elevators that accommodate 22 floors but only one of them works now (at least 5 out 7 days it works). We have to walk up 16 flights of stairs after work becoz Mbali doesn't get the lifts serviced. Our swimming pool hasn't been clean for 9 months now. Water pipes were been serviced but then were left halfway and we are left with no water in the pipes. Mbali has been told but then she forgets or she simply doesn't care. The building residents have decided to sign a pertition for her removal but I think the Board of Trustees needs to be notified first because the stress levels are at an all time high at the moment. enough is enough and to have a 22 year old lady running a building with 750 occupants is a bit too much, consideing it's her first real job ever too. She hides notices for accomodation and gives them to her friends instead. KICK HER OUT!!!
