Bad service from Bryanston Glass

Bryanston Glass is a glass supplier. They came out to take measurements for my shower doors and I got a quote from the office from a lady called Candice. I accepted the quote and still awaiting feedback. I tried calling the office a few times no one called me back or responded to my e-mail. They give very bad service. If they are unable to assist why not just say so. I am not impressed at all.
