WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A CAR DEALER

This Dealer does not even deserve one star ! This is just a summary of my complaint. 1. 27 February 2021 I bought a car from Bryanston Executive cars. Found out Aircon does not work on the same day. 2. Garage that fixed Aircon told us that the slipring does not work. The slipring controls all the buttons on the steering wheel. The hooter etc. I contacted the dealer but was told this is for my own account. 3. On 20 March 2021 I reported overheating of car to Bennie the salesman that sold the car to me. He said he would discuss matter with his boss and come back to me. I am still waiting. 4. On 27 March I saw that right rear brake drum was damaged and took the car to Nelspruit Brake and Clutch to have brake pads and brake lining repaired. They told me that all four brake drums were cracked. 5. On 30 March 2021 I drove to Pretoria from Nelspruit. The car again overheated 70 KM from Nelspruit and I had to turn back . Informed Jerome about problem. The RMI registered garage told me that this overheating occurred because of the Viscous fan not working. The engine light on dashboard also came on and from 1April 2021 this vehicle is stationary. This all happened during the first month. On 7 April 2021 I lodged a complaint with MIOSA. After a month MIOSA ruled in my favor. However Mr Luis de Abreu the CEO still refuses to fix car.! STAY AWAY FROM BRYANSTON EXECUTIVE CARS! DONT PURCHASE A WHEELBARROW FROM THEM!
