very poor after sale expierience

i bought a car from Tj in Nov 19. in the first month i had problems with the car. aftera few phone calls to the dealership and whatsapps to Tj. No response, when i call the staff basically say i didnt sell the car to you its not my problem.. My window winder doesn't work and there is a water leak to the left hand passengers side.. the carpet is rotting and the car smells of mold.. i have phoned a few times and every time he inst available, and staff treat it as i did not sell you the car so its not my problem. water still leaks and window doesn't work, after spending 19000 to fix the cam belt and other problems witch their extra cover doesn't cover, ive explainened it to them thats the parts are covered. no one ever gets back to you dealing with after sale service.
