Unfair treatment

We bought a VW Polo from Andrew Mcfie who was/is our salesman. He totally went out of his way to assist us and get the car ready for delivery. He always gives feedback and doesn't run away from a problem so he tried to assist when problems occurred and always came back to us. He involved his boss *Luciano in the matters which needed addressing urgently. I have worked with other dealers in the past but never had a salesman which is on top of things like ANDREW! Thanks for everything ! I will never recommend Luciano as he is very rude. The car have 2 very old tyres that are busy corroding and to burst open. We couldn't even fix a slow puncture and Luciano refused to replace the tyres. According to them if a roadworthy certificate was issued, they cannot assist us. They rather get a bad name and have an unhappy client as this was never informed by them. If they informed us upfront we should not paid such a huge deposit and keep money aside for the tyres. I will NEVER recommend Bryanston Exclusive Cars as I think I was treated unfair.
