Terrible customer service :(

Such a bad customer service experience. I was sold a car with a dead battery and rust. When I tried to get feedback on how this can be fixed, I am just ignored. Jerome really does not care about customer experience. The whole experience of getting the vehicle from a paperwork perspective was disorganized and just a mess. I just can’t believe how they treat customers :(
