Stay away.
I would just like to warn people to stay away from Bryanston Executive Cars. I bought a bakkie through them and as I am am not a overall expert in recognising faults in vehicle I didn't initially see the faults that there were. This was picked up the Monday after the Friday when I purchased the vehicle as I took the vehicle to a shop after driving the vehicle over the weekend and noticed things weren't all in order. The inside line of the tyres were worn. The spare tyre under the bakkie was smooth as a baby's bottom. The rear bumper was only fastened on two areas on the bottom. The other fastening holes were out of alignment. The loading bin was out of alignment. I mentioned this to the dealership and they only offered to replace the two front tyres and said someone may have tried to ***** my bumper that is why it wasn't fully fastened. We took the bakkie back to the dealership and showed them the faults. We drove together to their roadworthy centre they used and showed all the faults. The centre refused to withdraw the roadworthy certificate and the dealer principle kept repeating he had a roadworthy certificate. I spoke to MFC and they said I should take the vehicle for a second roadworthy test. I took it to Dekra Hatfield and they failed the bakkie for roadworthy on multiple counts. MFC tried to mediate and the dealership rejected it and now started saying I changed the tyres with old ones in order to make it fail the roadworthy test. I took them to the Motor Industry Ombudsman. The Ombudsman came back and gave a ruling that the dealership should pay for the repairs on the vehicle. The dealership again rejected the ruling and accused me again of changing the tyres with old ones. I am never again going near that dealership.
